Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) First Nations - Delivery Grant
The SEE Program includes two distinct but complementary streams to support LLND skills training in metropolitan, regional, and remote areas:
- Stream 1: LLND skills training delivery to individuals by SEE providers, contracted by the department, including through place-based project delivery
- Stream 2: SEE First Nations: locally tailored, whole of community LLND skills training delivery to First Nations people through place-based grants. SEE First Nations grants will fund First Nations organisations, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), registered training organisations (RTOs), Adult and Community Education (ACE) providers or peak bodies (applying on behalf of their eligible members).
SEE First Nations grants will fund locally tailored, place-based, whole of community projects designed to meet community English LLND skills training needs of First Nations people.
​SEE First Nations offers two different grant opportunities:
- Scoping Grants: Small grants to help eligible organisations to develop a Delivery Grant application
- Delivery Grants: Grants to eligible organisations for English LLND skills training to First Nations people across Australia. The training is to be co-designed with the community/communities in which it will be delivered.

The Aboriginal Tourism Development in NT Parks and Reserves Grant Program will help NT owned and majority owned Aboriginal businesses and organisations to develop tourism product in NT Joint Managed Parks and to enable Aboriginal cultural experiences and tourism product for park visitors.
To be eligible for the Aboriginal Tourism Development in NT Parks and Reserves Grant Program the business or organisation must be Aboriginal owned (greater than 50% Aboriginal owned) and operating in the NT.

Community Impact and Innovation Grants
The objective of Community Impact and Innovation Grants is to support projects that seek to achieve a cultural, social and/or economic Impact, demonstrate an Innovative solution, or both, for the benefit of Aboriginal community members.
Innovation means demonstrating a fresh way of doing things. It may include listening to community to design solutions or drawing on cultural practice and knowledge and applying it to a situation or challenge. It may also include creating new things or solutions that rely on technology (but doesn’t need to be).
Impact means the long-term project will make in the NT Aboriginal communities in which it is delivered, such as improving lives, solving problems, advancing knowledge, or creating value.
NTAIC are focused on social, cultural and/or economic impacts that will benefit Aboriginal Territorians.

Aboriginal Sport Participation Grant Program
The Aboriginal Sport Participation Grant Program provides grants to assist Aboriginal Victorians to participate in Aboriginal sporting carnivals, buy sports uniforms and equipment, as well as funding for travel and accommodation expenses for athletes to compete in state and national competitions.
Category 1: Aboriginal Sporting Carnivals
- Grants of up to $2,500 per junior team and $1,500 per senior team for travel and accommodation costs for teams to participate in State-wide or National Carnivals
Category 2 – Uniforms and/or equipment
Grants of up to $1,000 per team and up to $250 per individual, are available to eligible applicants, for the purchase sporting uniforms and/or equipment.
Category 3 – Athlete participation support
Grants of up to $750 per individual (including athletes and coaches) are available to eligible applicants, to pay for travel and accommodation costs to compete or train in regional, state and national competitions or representative teams.

First Nations Commissioning Fund​
The program focuses on investing in opportunities that share First Nations stories and cultural knowledge and elevate awareness of Queensland’s exceptional First Nations arts and cultural products and experiences.

- For single-year projects up to $70,000 for projects and programs for up to 12 months
- For 2-year projects up to $150,000 (open to applications in January 2023) for projects and programs that need a larger and/or longer scale of development of up to two years and include presentation and/or distribution.

- PLUS up to $60,000 towards a First Nations full-time industry placement for 12-months (or a pro rata equivalent for part-time) with a focus on arts management and/or arts production

Strengthening Rural Communities – Prepare & Recover​
The program recognise that remote, rural and regional communities across Australia are vulnerable to climate change and disasters, experience capacity challenges in responding to and preparing for disasters where often existing disadvantage is exacerbated.
The grant program focuses on building resilience and strengthening communities, and actively seek to support a more prepared and climate resilient remote, rural and regional Australia.

Eligible employers can apply for two streams of funding under the RJED program to create new full-time, part-time or casual jobs in remote employment services regions.

Jobs Creation – which can pay for an employee’s wages up to the relevant award or minimum wage rate (whichever is applicable) plus superannuation, and leave entitlements.

Wildlife Acoustics Standard Product Grant: Recorders & Software
​Wildlife Acoustics is proud to offer a quarterly grant program that supports the advancement of wildlife research, habitat monitoring, and environmental conservation. Scientists may apply for a product grant to advance the study of bats, birds, amphibians, and other terrestrial wildlife.
Each quarter up to $12,000 USD in eligible products is awarded to selected grant recipients worldwide. Individual applicants may request recorders, accessories, and software licenses totalling up to $4,000 USD.

The award acknowledges and rewards individuals or conservation groups that work tirelessly to save Australia’s native wildlife and precious habitats, and encourages them to continue their excellent work on behalf of the community.
The Society offers four prestigious Annual Awards:
1. Community Wildlife Conservation Award ($5,000)
- Awarded to a community group making a significant contribution to wildlife preservation in Australia.
2. Wildlife Rehabilitation Award ($5,000)
- Awarded to an individual or small organisation contributing to Australian wildlife conservation through rescue and rehabilitation.
​3. Serventy Conservation Award ($2,500)
- Awarded to an individual helping to save Australia's wildlife
​4. Youth Conservation Award ($1,000)
- Awarded to a young individual (or small group) contributing to Australian wildlife conservation
- Applicants must be between the ages of 13 and 18 years old.

SEDI Capability Building Grant
SEDI Grants will help social enterprises purchase business and impact capability building services. These services can be from intermediaries and other businesses that support social enterprises to grow their business, scale their impact and further their mission to support Australians experiencing disadvantage.
​The initiative supports social enterprises across all states and territories and includes a focus on supporting those social enterprises in regional and remote locations, and First Nations social enterprises.

Remote Communities Freight Assistance Scheme
The Scheme aims to reduce the amount of freight costs that are passed on to consumers of eligible goods in remote communities.
The Scheme provides three types of assistance to wholly or partly reimburse eligible business owners:
1. Establishment Assistance: a reimbursement (where applicable) to help offset establishment activities costs

Schools Plus Teaching Awards​
The Awards aim to celebrate great teachers who are making a transformative impact on children and young people across Australia.
Twelve outstanding teachers will be chosen for a prestigious Teaching Fellowship valued at $20,000, including $10,000 for the awardee’s school to plan and undertake a high impact school visit program.
This will provide in-situ experiential learning at one or more schools/sites and contribute to advancing school improvement and student learning outcomes.

Community Giving Project

100 Women Grants
​100 Women is a collaborative giving circle that amplifies the giving power of everyday people to create significant change for women and girls.
Applications will be considered for high value projects up to $50,000 and for a maximum period of 24 months that:
- Improve economic outcomes for girls and women who are disadvantaged or face barriers
- Improve health outcomes for girls and women
- Improve educational outcomes for girls and women
- Provide safety to girls and women at risk from rape, forced prostitution, sex trafficking or family violence

Connecting to Country
The Connecting to Country program supports projects that enable Western Australian Aboriginal people and organisations to undertake on Country activities that foster the intergenerational transfer of knowledge, preservation of culture and strengthening of communities. The program intends to:
